My Thoughts: I must say Taiwan is really a place full of excitment with lots of interesting places to visit from city areas to historic and cultural sites, to nature reserves & resorts etc. Basically a good mixture of everything & of cos, i especially like their night markets - open till 1 to 2am daily or even later during weekends!
People: They are generally very friendly, helpful and outgoing. Makes you feel soooo welcome! :)
Food: Quite nice but i find most of their Xiao Chi (Taiwan Snacks) are mainly fried or grilled which is pretty heaty. Prices more of less like Sg, about SGD 1 - 3 bucks.
Shopping: Excellent!! Hmm, i felt it's kinda as good as Bangkok, hee... Generally the clothings there are very trendy and cheap - Top/Bottom/Dress around SGD 5 - 25 bucks only! As for branded goods, not highly recommended as Sg gives a better rate.
Special Happening: Guess who i saw?!? It's... Ah Bian!! Yes, the president of Taiwan, Chen Shui-bian.
Special Visits: Went from city to village areas and met the infamous 槟榔西施 (Bing Lang Xi Shi) *Taken some Hot Pics* & danced with the A-mei Aboriginal.
Weird Stuff: My face looks bloated!! Not sure it's because of weather or i ate too much perhaps?? I think i put on weight eh, wahahaha...
In total i took around 900 odd photos out of these 7 days. Almost used up two 2gb memory card ^^ Unfortunately, i caught a cold during the 4th day and it got worse on the 6th day.... Will be posting my trip journal soon, hee... Meanwhile, i shall go get some sleep after my med :)
