Sentosa Outing

Ah... This is a pretty late posting, hee.... In celebrating Mr. G's BIG '3' birthday, we planned a short weekend get-away at Sentosa.

Initially, I’ve got no plans to give him a birthday surprise cos he did previously told me not to… Well, because he is someone who doesn’t really get ‘surprise’ easily. In the end, some how I guess I successfully did give him a surprise with his friends turning up at Rasa Sentosa? Heee… Of cos, with the help of Adrian, Mr. G’s friend whom now had become the official group birthday planner :D

Since I thought his friends will be popping by, we upgraded the room to the Premier Terrace! Whew…. Huge balcony we’ve got.

Mooncakes..!

Mooncakes are selling like hotcakes!? Yes to me, from my experience this morning :D

Called up Goodwood Park Hotel to check out their snow skin mooncakes yesterday, they say all sold out but will be back in shelf this morning at 9am. I know their durain snow skins' mooncakes are hot-sellers so we planned to head down at 9 in the morning.

Despite making the effort to wake up soooooooo early and reached the hotel at 9.15am, all i could get is... "Sorry, our snow skins' mooncakes are all sold out". Oh man, i seriously can't believe it, someone infront of the queue must be buying ALL of them! Else, how could it possibly be out in 15mins time?

Any how, we went to Taka Square to try our luck since we are in town. Hee.... yes yes, i manage to get 4 boxes!! But again, it was sold out within an hours' time! Are they really sooo yummy? i've yet to try though.. but i seriously hope they are, since we put so much effort in getting them :)

Maybel's Pre-ROM

Celebrated Auntie Maybel's Hens Night last Saturday, heee... We planned to dress her up, go dinner and partie initially.... ended up, we only did 1.5 of it?!

We dressed her up but she's not too happy with the shoes and we tried forcing her to put on falsies which she refused to - so i would consider this as half done. Plus, we did not really plan where to go for dinner, having the hope we could find some nice place to pop in...

It was 9pm, we are still walking along Robertson Quay, trying to find a decent place for dinner... too much to choose might not be good afterall. Anyway, we ended up at a french restaurant?

Tired and hungry... we have not more strength to search for other places. The dinner was quite nice except that i find their still water really expensive..! 10 bucks for a bottle! 10 minutes later, they opened another bottle for us..! Hooops.. 20 bucks for plain water! Heee.. so we had a deal. all of us are banned from drinking till we finish our main course, hee hee :D

After dinner, we were supposed to go party at Butter Factory... Then again, think age is really catching up, heee... all of us were too tired and decided to head back to the hotel to play cards instead. That's how we spent the night and we are all now looking for to 2nd Sep!! Her big day :)

Just back from the outing with my ex-farm mates and they were asking if i have abandon my blog, heee... Well, definitely not! :) Though there's quite a fair bit of things to blog recently... but don't know why, i kinda lazy... maybe work overdose? or i'm just procastinating :D

Ex-Farm Mates

Sometimes when i think back, i really felt happy that i got the chance to work with these girls. From colleauges we turned friends... hang out together, party, dinner, ktvs... And today, they were so lovely to give Lorraine and me a surprise! *totally unexpected* Popping out a cake for us and sang birthday songs. But but.. this Meanie (just like her name) didn't wanna let us go... She came out with "games" or ideas that both of us need to approach a guy and we need to ask them to "blow us" !! Or our cake i should say, hee... Anyway, the good thing is that i managed to escape it :D

Goodbye Zoom Zoom
About 2 years with zoom zoom, it's time to bid goodbye as we welcome. This device comes with 2 keys and seriously, it can be a real motivator for me to get my license! But then, hee... it's still not pushing me much though :s

About my Work Life
2 weeks... and i'm 4 months to my new job. Things are getting better as compared to the first few months and i'm more familiar with the entire operations. Last Friday, we had a Summer Party and it was pretty fun :)

Friends
Finally, finally, finally... my dearest friend, Maybelyn is getting married!! The girl i knew her since i was 7... the girl whom i was with in the same class from primary 1 to secondary 4! We're going to throw a mini hen party for her tomorrow, heee... We gonna dress her up, make her carry a ballon/flower the whole night and make her drunk! Hee :)

Hip Hip Hurray!

*Happie Happie* This afternoon i received a sms from Mr. G... the bid results for his new car number plate has been released and we got the one we wanted!! Heee... A meaningful one, which indicates our year of birth.

Can't wait to take a ride in his first new car... :D

Ex-Farm Mates

Met up with my bunch of ex-colleauges for dinner on Friday... We planned to have dinner and after which, to partie with EO and Evil jojo.


But on that night I had a bad hair day and i felt my hair and my clothes are just not right... then plus EO changing her mind last minute... Hmm, dun seem to have the 'partie mood'. Since we have planned it earlier, we still went ahead and EO joined us for a while though despite feeling really tired. So it ended up we just sat down throughout the night, chit chatting.

Surprising, the night turned out quite alright... Jojo and i had some fun that night self-entertaining ourselves, heee.. We played five ten alone and with all our drinks on the house!! And ya, extra lychees in our martini lychee and of cos..... FOC, hee hee :D

A little Treat

Beautiful? Hee... i really can't wait for the last week of August where i will be spending my weekend there. The website of Rasa Sentosa Resort described this room so fabulously which won my heart over booking just the normal deluxe room. It says.....

Cravings

I should now be joining Mr. G at the majong table.... But sigh, i am sick.... so i just gotta stay home and rest.

So i thought, why did i fall sick out of the blue... Maybe because of the recent bad weather? Or maybe because there's too much unfulfilled stuffs which i dwell too much to thinking about them, heee....

I believe if i had...Melben Butter Crab, Long Beach Chill Crab, KTV session & Party, heh.... things might have been different! :D

Ok this is kinda crap but in anway, i think i should go to bed now after popping the one & only pill that cures all pain - Panadol. Hope all the cold and 'feverish' feel will be gone by tomorrow morning.
